Your Marketing Needs A Little "Human Touch"

Anyone who knows me well knows I’m a music lover. So naturally when Josh Byrd used Bruce Springsteen’s “Human Touch” as the foundation for this post about marketing, I was hooked. 

What kept me reading was the unique approach. Josh dissected the song then applied its lessons to an overall business problem. He writes:
